Get an activation link
An administrator creates an account with your email and shares a personal link.

Create your password
Open the link, enter your name and set a password. Activation takes you to your account.

Join the conversation
Sign in with your email and password. A meeting link or QR code opens the right room after sign-in.

A few answers.
Why do I need an email and password to sign in?
Your account stores your preferences and meetings. Only the account holder can access it. If you haven't signed in before, start with the administrator's activation link.
Does a QR code replace the password?
An invitation QR code contains a meeting link. It helps you open the room on your phone, but participation requires an activated account. The host can also enable a waiting room.
Where does YaVoca work?
In your desktop or phone browser. The website, accounts, database, files and video service are hosted on our Hetzner server. When AI is enabled, selected data is sent to the connected provider for processing.
When will AI translation and paid plans be available?
After connecting providers and testing quality in real meetings. We haven't announced a date yet. Voice-preserving AI translation with lip sync is not working in the pilot, and payments are not accepted.
